One day my life was flipped upside down. I did not know if I was coming or going. Mentally I was in a bad place and physically even worse. Then this shining star was thrown into my lap out of nowhere. She explained to me that to help me with my mental health I needed to change the way I thought or how I looked at things entirely so Basically, I needed to change all the things. I had no energy I had no want or desire I was giving up. Well, I am here to tell you that If I can do hard things so can you! The first week was new exciting and fun a new way to eat a program designed just for me! 2nd week was a push but I kept doing it. The 3rd week I got sick and ate all the things and I ended up feeling even worse and felt like I cheated myself out of feeling good. I realized you feel good when you're doing things and working hard for YOU and not for OTHERS. Where I am now, I have just started my 4th week in training. I feel better as a person. I am handling things in a new way from my relationships to work and life balance. Without this program I am thinking I would keep spiralling and gaining weight. I have gone from 157 to 148.4 not a lot in numbers but a lot in body and mind for me. This is why I plan to keep moving forward. This has helped me mentally more than anything. Having a great support system is key to anyone success. Making sure you have all the right tools also another thing with Coach Kristin, she has handed me the tools now it's up to me to keep using those tools. This is where the mental comes to play... Now it's on me to work at my pace within a timeframe. So, if you don't work well with deadlines don't worry about it... LOL I have never said that about a deadline ...Everything is figure-out-able. Keep that in mind on your day-to-day life! Not only can you do hard things but no matter what everything is figure-out-able.

I wanted a good kick in the ass to get me back in the gym before summer and I got it! Kristin's program definitely pushed me in the gym. Every week we were doing something new. Although I wasn't new to the gym, it had been years since I stepped foot in one, this program allowed me to get back in the flow of things and gain strength fast. Honestly.. My biggest win out of all of this is how I feel. My energy has been up. I enjoy getting back in the gym. I slept better. Confidence is up. Negative self-talk has been down, if any at all. My resting heart rate (according to fitbit) went from 66 bpm to a 55 bpm.

Just trust her.

This was one thing I kept telling myself when I first started to train with Kristin, three years ago now.

Kristin has always been a person I can relate to, connect with, vent to and ask any and all questions to, so needless to say I trust her.

She lit a fire under my ass years ago about powerlifting and becoming the strongest I could.

She would joke and tell me to sign up for a meet, I always shrugged it off and never thought I could compete against those lifters- until one day I said “fuck it, sure!”

This is where I really started to use this phrase- just trust her. Fast forward to March 2023 when Kristin offered a summer body program, I’ve never said it more.

This was a challenge, I won’t lie to you. Personally, I don’t mind pushing myself as hard as I can in the gym, but when it comes to food I always lacked that motivation.

I had a “train away the goodies attitude” and I have learned that I was severely under eating.

Not only am I eating double the food but the relationship I have with food has improved tremendously.

I was struggling with night time binging when starting this program- something Kristin and I have chatted about many times but filling my belly with the fuel it needs during the day and not being in a deficit at night has helped my muscles and my brain.

I sleep better. Move better. Train better and feel better when I wake up every morning.

So yes. Just trust her. She was and is a phone call away for any questions I had.

I have built so many new healthy habits after fully committing to this program.

I had some lows but told myself to just trust her and here we are- the end of 6 weeks and feeling better in my skin than I have in a long time.

Don’t get me wrong, I did spend hours at the gym each week but that’s where I love to be, I’m taking away the nutrition aspect and the healthy habits I have learned.

I cannot say enough good things about Kristin as a coach and my friend, I don’t know where I would be without her - just trust her.

I am new and have never worked out - is this training advanced?

My training programs are written specifically for you to meet you and your fitness level where you’re at and teach you how to move safely through each program to progress at your own pace (with some gentle nudging)

How much money does it cost?

The prices depend of the level of support needed.

I only have 3 days a week, can I benefit from this program?

Each program is tailored to your lifestyle, be it a 20 minute high intensity lunch workout to a full hour 3-6 days a week!
